Gazebos:

£100 Premium
£75 Standard

Gazebos will be available to hire and will be the only ones permitted at the event, no personal gazebos can be erected. This is to be fair to all those who are attending and so as not to impair anyone’s view of the stage and musicians. It also ensures that we comply fully with all health and safety requirements and restrictions.

Parking Arrangements:

Be sure to check the website nearer to the event, this will give details of the parking arrangements.

Corporate marquees:

£975

Perfect for corporate packages , a special celebration or just a great evening with family and / or friends.

The package includes; 12 tickets, tables and chairs, table decoration, canapés, strawberries and cream, 2 jugs of pimms, a steward to assist you.

We can also provide catering for you and your guests , in the form of a cold buffet and maybe even your own private bar. If this is of interest please contact Jacky, the Event Co-ordinator on 07860 111246 or at [email protected].

Caravan and Camping:

28 pitches with hook up £25 per night
122 pitches no hook up £20 per night

Pitches will be allocated on arrival.

These are available to book through our site for Saturday 25th June.

The campsite is reserved for ‘concert goers’ for this night only.

All campers should be in possession of concert tickets for the number of people in their party, please have these available on arrival at the camping site.

In line with the requirements of our Time Limited Premises License we are required to know the exact number of personnel attending the event. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

BBQ’s, candles and naked flames:

We are required to inform you that due to stipulations within our insurance policies, the information detailed within our health and safety Policies and for the enjoyment and safety of everyone who is attending the concert that all of these named items are prohibited.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.   

Covid:

Further information will follow in due course which will be in line with the relevant covid guidelines which are in place at the time of the event.
